Basic Self-Defense: (2 days) The basic self-defense course is structured to teach the student the root elements and understandings of defensive combat. This course will establish the foundation of principles and core techniques needed to build an effective system of self-defense. Students will leave the course with training techniques and understandings that can be practiced to continue learning the proper application of the human body in conflict. This will be the most effective 2 day course in self-defense available.
