Course Offerings: Self-Defense: Intermediate Self-Defense:
Intermediate Self-Defense: (3 days) This course is designed to provide the student with a well rounded understanding of the principles of self-defense. It will establish the foundation of concepts and core techniques needed to build an effective system of self- defense. Students will leave the course with training techniques and understandings that can be practiced to continue learning the proper application of the human body in conflict. No prior training is required to attend; this course will present the most effective system in resolving human conflict when reason has failed.
